Hello, my name is Craig Walsh. I am a Specialist Occupational Health Nurse, (BSC, SCPHN, OH) and I'm the Director of JT Occupational Health Ltd.
Qualifying as a Registered General Nurse in 2003. I have worked in a variety of settings including Accident and Emergency and Cruise Ships. In 2008 I began working as an Offshore Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) on oil platforms in the North Sea. It was whilst working as an Offshore OHA that I gained my NEBOSH Health and Safety Certificate and began working as an OHA/HSE Safety advisor.

I returned to onshore nursing in 2016 where I worked in Occupational Health settings, providing services to a wide variety of industries including; aerospace, food manufacturing, railways, police, fire and healthcare sectors. I carried out my Specialist Occupational Health Nurse Qualification in 2018. In 2019, I began working independently and started JT Occupational Health Ltd.
My background in both general Nursing and Occupational Health allows me to understand the demands placed upon business and the significant impact ill-health and absence can have on them. My experience in Health and Safety allows me additional insight into the challenges faced by both employers and employees when attempting to address Health and Safety issues in the workplace.
With access to associate Occupational Health Physicians, Physiotherapists and Counselling services I aim to provide practical and reliable advice, whilst balancing the needs of the employer and employee.
